A.  METHODS OF PAYMENT & REFUNDS

1. UK£

To pay by cheque in UK£, please send a cheque or postal order made payable to Valle Designs & Co to 1st floor, Langdales, 5 St Cross Street, Hatton Garden, London EC1N 8UA.  Please do not forget to include your name and address and details of your order.

To pay by credit card in UK£ using Paypal, please click on the link below.  Please note that you do not need an account with Paypal in order to use this service.  Items must be sent to a UK address.

We have very few issues with our products, which are made to the highest standards.  However, you have the right to return faulty goods within 28 days and replacements will be sent out.  Any other returns must be made within 7 days, where a full refund will be made less a P&P charge of  £1.50 for items of £30 or less and £5 for items worth more than £30.

2. Euros

We accept payment in Euros by credit card on a secure server.  Please click on one of the links below.  Alternatively, you can phone us on +44 20 7242 1851 (020 7242 1851 within the UK) to give us your details.  Items must be sent to an EU address. 

We have very few issues with our products, which are made to the highest standards.  However, you have the right to return faulty goods within 28 days and replacements will be sent out.  Any other returns must be made within 7 days, where a full refund will be made less a P&P charge of  €4 for items of €45 or less and €8 for items worth more than €45.

3. US Dollar ($) Payments

US Dollar payments are via Paypal.  You do not need an account with Paypal to purchase items.  We will ship items paid for in US dollars to any address worldwide.   

We have very few issues with our products, which are made to the highest standards.  However, you have the right to return faulty goods within 28 days.  Replacements will be sent out.  Any other returns must be made within 7 days, where a full refund will be made less a P&P charge of $5 for items of $60 or less and $10 for items worth more than $60.

B.  DELIVERY TIMES

Normal delivery time is 2 weeks, but often we can deliver more speedily if you contact us directly to let us know your requirements.

C.  PRIVACY POLICY

Any details you divulge to us remain confidential.  We do not in any circumstances pass on any of your personal details, including email addresses, to any third parties.
